Authors must follow STRICTLY to IEEE CS templates for editing the Final Camera Ready Papers. We'd suggest that authors should copy and paste paper content into given templates from IEEE CS. We will use standard IEEE CS Letter 2-column format. The templates can be downloaded at http://www.computer.org/portal/pages/cscps/cps/cps_forms.html .
Please note that:
A. IEEE CS only provides a US-LETTER size template. Therefore papers should be submitted using US-LETTER size PDF files. For papers submitted in A4, the result will be poor (eg uneven margins).
B. Please DO NOT use the old CS templates because there may be some variation in format among the papers.
