Flights
Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport is the closest airport for this conference. Direct flights to this airport are recommended. Alternatively, the participants can transfer to the Hangzhou airport via Beijing or Hong Kong International airports. Possible flight routes are listed as below:

From Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport to Conference Venue:
- Public Shuttle Bus + Taxi. There are shuttle buses to Hangzhou WuLin Men terminal. You could take the shuttle bus to WuLin Men terminal first, and then arrive the conference venue by taxi.
1. The ticket office is located at B1 of Airport Domestic Arrival exports. Please note the you should buy the ticket for the "WuLin Men" (武林门) bus.
2. You will get a ticket, after you pay 20CNY (3$). The bus takes about 1 hour.
3. The bus service is available bewteen 8:00am to 2:00am. Every quarter a shift from 8:00am to 10:00pm, and every half hour a shift from 10:00pm to 2:00am.
4. The bus will stop at several places. You need to get off at WuLin Men Terminal, the last destination of the bus.
5. Take a taxi to the conference venue. It takes about 40CNY (about 7$) and 30mins. For directions from Hangzhou WuLin Men terminal to the conference venue,
please print and bring a copy of the map (Directions_WuLinMen.pdf) with you.
- Taxi. The taxi station is located outside Entrance 5 to the Arrival Hall on the first level of the airport. It takes approximately 200CNY (about 35$) and one hour from the airport to the conference venue.
For directions from the airport to the conference venue, please print and bring a copy of the map (Directions_Airport.pdf) with you.
From Shanghai Pudong International Airport to Conference Venue:
- Public Shuttle Bus. There are shuttle buses to HuangLong Tourist Hub. Because it is a long trip (3 hours), we recommend the participants to land in Hangzhou. If you choose to take the shuttle bus, below is the guidance.
- 1. When you get to the arrival hall of Pudong airport, you should find the signpost below. Follow the direction, It will lead you to the Shanghai Pudong International Airport Long Distance Bus Station. The shuttle bus is located between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.

- 2. If you failed to find the signpost showed above, you may ask the airport staffs for help. You can show the text below in case that they are not good at English (print it out if necessary).
- 3. You will get the ticket below, after you pay 110CNY (17.7$). The bus takes about 3 hours.
- 4. Please note that shuttle buses may arrive at different terminals of Hangzhou. For buses departing based on the time table 1, they will arrive at Hangzhou WuLin Men terminal. For buses departing on time table 2, their destination is HuangLong Tourist Hub. You need to get a taxi to the conference venue.

5. The destinations of shuttle bus are marked in the picture below. The blue one is WuLin Men, the yellow one is HuangLong Tourist Hub, and the red one is Conference Venue. After you get off the bus, you can take a taxi to the conference venue. From WuLin Men to the conference venue, it takes approximately 40CNY (about 7$) and 30 minutes. For directions from WuLin Men to the conference venue, please print and bring a copy of the map (Directions_WuLinMen.pdf) with you. From HuangLong Tourist Hub to the conference venue, it takes approximately 25CNY (about 5$) and 25 minutes. Trains

Hangzhou East and Hangzhou Railway Station are two major railway stations if the participants reach Hangzhou by train. We recommend participants to take taxi to the conference venue from the train stations:
From Hangzhou Railway Station:
- Participants can take a taxi with approximate cost of 50CNY (8$) and it takes about 40 minutes to the conference venue. Given the traffic conditions, it may take more time and fare during the rush-hours.
For directions from Hangzhou Railway Station to the conference venue, please print and bring a copy of the map (Directions_HangzhouRailwayStation.pdf) with you.
From Hangzhou East Railway Station:
- Participants can take a taxi with approximate cost of 50CNY (8$) and it takes about 40 minutes to the conference venue. Given the traffic conditions, it may take more time and fare during the rush-hours.
