In Figure 2(c) (pp.82), the special case for Figure 2(c) should be as follows*:
No matter v1 and v2 are saddle/boundary vertices or not, once the line o1v3 does not pass the segment v1v2, we shall use the configuration shown in Figure 2(c). In detail,
a) if the intersection of the line o1v3 and the horizontal axis is on the left of v1, T(v3) = T(v1) + || v1v3 || ;
b) if the intersection of the line o1v3 and the horizontal axis is on the right of v2, T(v3) = T(v2) + || v2v3 || .
* But not the original method introduced in the third paragraph in the right column on page 82.
* In our implementation for the paper, we use the above mentioned correct method.
