Cartoon Effects Animation

A system capable of generating cartoon effects procedurally. The  system only requires users to specify a few control points to define the path of effects according to the scene, it offers flexible control over the structure, shape, color, timing etc in a sequence of  effects by use of some parameters, as demonstrated below.
