Not to upload models with liences restriction.
The speed is not good enough due to limited performance of the back-end server.
To limit the computation cost, we restrict the input file size < 30M, terminate a job if it runs over 20 min and will only return files <100M.
The post-optimization is another technique that is not in the paper.
