Recently, the result of Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award of China Computer Federation (CCF) of 2011 was released. Doctor Shi Xiaohan of our Department was awarded Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award of China Computer Federation. Her graduation dissertation is High-quality Large-scale Grid Deformation Technology, which is finished under the tutorship of Professor Bao Hujun.
　　Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award of China Computer Federation (CCF) was specially established by China Computer Federation in 2006 with an aim of promoting advances in science and technology of Chinese computer field, encouraging innovative research and stimulating the growth of young talents. This award was appraised and elected through the recommendation of the computer college (department) of universities or research institutions with doctor program in the science and technology of computer. Each of them shall not recommend more than 2 pieces of dissertations and no more than 10 pieces of dissertations are awarded prize every year.
